September, will be the last month my sensei will be in Malaysia. After spending 6 years in Malaysia and developing our department the way it is today, he will travel around the world as part of our company global human resource development program.
There's a lot that I can/need to learn from him and as what I can see, his successor will have a hell of a task to do. Apart from his notorious reputation, people really look up to him. In technical terms as well as management wise.
Among the last words from him revolving around hardware and software development. Sorry because I cannot disclosed any infos here. However it was really encouraging.
